Relicensing Documents for the Toledo Bend Project (FERC No. 2305)
The
Toledo Bend Project will be developing and publishing a variety of
documents throughout the licensing process. All interested parties
are encouraged to receive written licensing material in electronic
format through email or the relicensing web site.
All documents relative to the Toledo Bend Project will be posted to this public relicensing website and used to document the consultation record for the project relicensing.
Certain documents may be restricted from publication on the relicensing website in accordance with FERC’s regulations protecting Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII) (18 CFR 388.113) or in cases where the document contains sensitive information (e.g., cultural resource sites, sensitive species locations, etc.). The SRA will address requests for access to this information on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with applicable law, as needed during the relicensing process.
